His knowledge and practical grip on tax, corporate, competition and consumer laws made him a core part of our firm. He has an extensive experience in advising and handling the legal issues and compliances related to startups and entrepreneurs and representing them before different regulatory authorities including Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and Tax Authorities and before courts and tribunals.

Mr. Shahid holds a Bachelor of Laws (with distinction) from the International Islamic University, Islamabad.
