Mr. Fahad is a qualified lawyer from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad. He specialized in Consumer Protection, Procurement laws, Civil, Intellectual Property, Corporate law, Banking laws, Co-operative Societies laws and Tax laws. He has a well command over legal drafting and legal negotiations. He has assisted the firm’s clients in registering their health care and pharmaceutical products and patents. He has also been handling several civil and tax cases in district courts and tribunals. He has extensive experience in advising and handling legal issues and regulatory compliances related to startups, NGOs, INGOs and companies, and representing them before different regulatory authorities, including the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and FBR.

He is also working with different consultancies and international organizations, including UNICEF, UNODC and UNDP as a private consultant.

Mr. Muhammad Fahad Khattak holds a BA.LLB (Hons) from School of Law, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.
